Returns

If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered you can return them to us for a refund or to exchange them, provided you have the ‘Parcel Summary’ document or other proof of purchase. Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of receipt of your goods.

Orders for custom made products however cannot be amended or cancelled once the order has been placed. Returns for custom made products will only be accepted in accordance with your legal rights, for example:

• There is a fault
• The product is not to the size ordered
• The product has not been made as specified
