Q. I am finding it difficult to see which hair accessory fits my chosen coloured sash. Am I missing something on the website?
A. No, you are not missing anything. Due to the nature of the software and the complexity and number of products we are unable to link every hair accessory to the sash colour it matches best. All we can suggest is that you give us a call and we will happily talk you through the different options and best matching products.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Q. Given that I may not receive the dress I have ordered straight away, is payment taken on order or despatch?
A. Payment is taken straight away.
Q I get this message when I try to pay: Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address. What does it mean?
A. If you get this error then please contact us. You're probably trying to ship to an address that is different to your billing address. In order to process the order we'll need to make a minor edit to your address.
Viewing Orders
Q. How do I find out if my order has been despatched or not?
A. If you have become an account holder you are able to view the progress of your order(s) by logging into your account. If you have any queries with regards to its progress, please do not hesitate to call us on 01366 377227.
